In this Privacy Policy for Consumers (this “Privacy Policy”), the words “we”, “us” and “our” mean Ohana Pacific Bank and the words “you” and “your” mean consumers with whom we have a continuing customer relationship.

At Ohana Pacific Bank (“Bank”), protecting the privacy and confidentiality of your Personal Information is important to us. We value your business and the trust you have put in us to provide a safe and secure environment for personally identifiable information about you and your finances, which we will call in this Privacy Policy your “Personal Information.” It is our policy that all Personal Information about you will be held in strictest confidence. We do not sell your Personal Information or Personal Information about our former customers. We do not share your Personal Information or Personal Information about our former customers with non-affiliated third parties (“Third Parties”), except as described in this Privacy Policy. In addition, we may share your Personal Information with companies that work for us, including companies which assist us with marketing our products and service, and other financial institutions when we jointly offer financial products and services, and to other third-parties as permitted by law.

  6. When you direct us to do so or with your consent;
  7. Protect against fraud, or to collect unpaid debts.
We may share your Personal Information with those third parties to assist us in servicing your accounts, to provide us with marketing services, and to jointly offer financial products and services, and they are contractually obligated to keep your Personal Information provided to them confidential, and to use the information only to provide the service we have asked them to perform.

YOUR CREDIT INFORMATION We may report information about your account to credit bureaus. Late payments, missed payments or other defaults on your account may be reflected in your credit report. You may periodically check with one or more of the major credit bureaus to see that information reported is accurate.

YOUR MEDICAL INFORMATION You may sometimes provide medical information to us for a specific financial purpose (for example, medical debts). We will use that information only for the intended purpose. We will not use personally identifiable medical information in determining credit eligibility or continued eligibility for credit, except as permitted by law or when you consent. We do not use medical information about you for marketing purposes.


We restrict access to your Personal Information to those employees who need to know the Personal Information to provide our products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to protect your Personal Information.


The Bank’s website is open to the public. When a person visits our website the Bank collects basic information, such as counting the number of persons visiting the website and what pages were visited. The Bank uses this general information to determine which parts of the website are most popular, how people access the site, how we may improve the content of the pages and how our service to our customers can be improved.


Email is not a secure environment. Email addresses for key personnel and the general email address of the bank appear on the site. When sending an email to us, do not provide sensitive or confidential information (for example, your account number).


We do not knowingly solicit information from children and do not knowingly market to children. We recognize that protecting children’s identities and privacy online is important and that the responsibility to do so rests with both the online industry as well as with parents.
