Loan Officer Trainee
Job Summary
Trainee position for possible advancement to Loan Officer. Will adhere to the loan policy and procedures and develop loan and deposit relationships; promotes business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate staff for new services.
Qualifications:
Bachelors in Business or equivalent or three (3) years of experience in lending or related fields. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel computing software desirable. High level communications ability in regards to reading, writing, and speaking.
Knowledge of:
General business and financial accounting practices
Skill and Ability to:
Work well with both management and staff
Coordinate multiple ongoing tasks and priorities
Possess strong oral and written communications skills
Learn computer skills involving spreadsheet and word processing applications
Teller
Job Summary
Under general supervision, but following established policies and procedures performs a broad-range of teller service functions. Functions include processing transactions, selling bank products and services. Responds to questions and/or provides information upon request from customers (internal and external). Processes requests and transactions, as appropriate. Assist customers and potential customers in understanding and utilizing bank products and services. Accurately and efficiently manages a cash drawer daily. Ensures compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations as well as the banks policies and procedures
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Preferred:
High School Diploma
Minimum two (2) years experience in a customer service position in a financial institution
