Lost or Stolen ATM/Debit Card

Ohana Pacific Bank’s ATM is located behind the Kapiolani Branch off of Kona Street, and provides convenient drive-up service 24 hours a day.

The ATM/Debit card is free of charge and can be used in any machine with a MasterCard, Intercept, or Pulse logo. We do not charge you for the use of your ATM/Debit card, but you may incur fees when using an ATM with another bank. We will reimburse you for fees incurred for using your card at another bank’s ATM.
